Presentation Template & Presentation Submission
We ask that all presenters use the official ALBUG 2026 PowerPoint template for their presentations.
Vendor sponsors may use their own company-branded presentation template if preferred, but are also welcome to use the ALBUG template.

Presentation Submission Deadline
Please upload a PDF version of your completed presentation no later than Friday, November 6, 2026.
Submit Your Presentation
Providing presentations in advance allows ALBUG to make presentation materials available to attendees ahead of the conference.
Audio/Visual Information
Each session room will be equipped with a projector and screen. Presenters should bring a laptop with an HDMI connection to connect to the room projector.
Some larger rooms will also include a sound system and microphone. If a microphone is available in your room, we strongly encourage you to use it to ensure all attendees can hear clearly.

Internet Access
Wireless internet will be available throughout the conference meeting spaces.
If your presentation includes a live demo that requires VPN access to your institution or external systems, we strongly recommend preparing backup screenshots or alternative materials in the event of connectivity or technical issues.
Presentation Length
Standard breakout sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. We encourage presenters to plan for approximately 45–50 minutes of presentation content and allow time for audience questions and discussion at the end of the session.
