Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be requested by sending an email to alabamabug@gmail.com by October 25, 2023. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be processed after October 25, 2023. By choosing pay by check or the invoice option, you are still responsible for the total cost of registration if you do not cancel by the deadline.  Conference expenses are based on the number of registrants.  Please confirm permission and availability to travel prior to registering.

Membership Dues

Institutional membership dues should be paid at the time of conference registration and are in addition to the conference fee.  Membership dues are valid for one year.  Visit our membership page for more information.

Discount for Presenters

We appreciate all the great session content that is presented by members of fellow institutions!  As a thank you for being a lead presenter in an ALBUG 2023 Conference session, we will extend a $175 discount in conference registration fees.   Presenters will be notified by July 13 of session acceptance and will be given a discount code to use during registration.
