Our 2025 Fall Conference will be held on November 12-14, 2025, in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Who attends the ALBUG Conference?

The Alabama Banner Users Group (ALBUG) consists of higher education professionals across the entire campus.  From IT/Technical, Finance, Financial Aid, Human Resources, and Student, ALBUG conference attendees represent all areas of higher education administration.

ALBUG Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

All conference sponsors will receive the following:

  • Mention and thank-you by ALBUG Leadership during opening general session.

  • Access to full suite of exhibitor tools, including lead generation, gamification, interaction with attendees and more, through the ALBUG Conference app powered by Whova.

  • Complimentary conference registration fees covered for one or two staff members, depending upon sponsorship level. Additional staff registration available at $435 per person.

Platinum Sponsorship $3,000 Limited to four sponsors

Where should I mail payments to ALBUG?

  • When will we be able to setup and tear down our exhibits?

Exhibitors will be able to setup exhibits starting Wednesday, November 13th at 3:00pm. Tear Down should start after the conference ends (approximately noon) on Friday, November 15th.

 Will Electricity be available at the exhibitor area?

Yes, ALBUG will provide a 110V AC outlet for each vendor table. Please contact the hotel for additional information.

Will Internet be available at the exhibitor area?

Wireless Internet service will be available throughout the entire conference area.

 Can a vendor ship materials to the conference site?

Vendors may ship materials directly to the conference center prior to the conference.

Incoming Packages: Please send the Westin Huntsville tracking numbers, courier service, number of packages and expected arrival dates.
All packages should be sent no earlier than 5 working days.
Please label all packages with: My Name, Exhibitor Name, Event Name & Date of Event

Outgoing Packages: Please pack & label packages and schedule for pickup.
Hotel does not provide packaging materials nor shipping labels.
All packages to be left at the loading dock.
All outgoing shipment is to be scheduled no later than 3 days after the event.

Should vendors register for the conference?

Separate company attendee registration is not necessary for complimentary conference registration covered by sponsorship package. Please provide attendee information directly to ALBUG for these staff members. Additional staff members ($435 per person) should register for the conference using the link on the sponsor page on the ALBUG website.

 Could a vendor attend the Wednesday night reception, sessions, or other meals?  

Yes, sponsorship includes access to all conference meals and sessions.

 Will Audio/Visual equipment be available for vendor sessions?

Yes, audio/visual equipment (projector/screen and sound system in larger rooms) will be available for use by sponsors for presentations.

What is the cancellation/refund policy for sponsorships?

Cancellations of sponsorships must be requested in writing. All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds can be processed within 60 days to the start of the conference.
