The Alabama Banner Users Group Eighth Annual Fall Conference will be held on November 14 – 16, 2018 at Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama. Situated along sandy white shores and turquoise waters, Perdido Beach Resort offers the best location for beach vacations and group events. Pre-Conference Training Workshops
As in 2017, we plan to offer multiple pre-conference training workshops. Each workshop will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from 9am – 4pm. There will be a fee of $35 per person ($45 per person after October 12, 2018) and lunch will be provided. Please review the conference session catalog for details.

Regular Registration (Deadline October 12, 2018)
- Conference Fee and Annual Membership Dues through November 2019 Alabama Institution – $375
- Conference Fee and Annual Membership Dues through November 2019 Non-Alabama Institution – $425
- Pre-Conference Training Workshop – $35
- Additional Guest for Wednesday Reception – $30

A portion of the fees above serve as annual membership dues to the Alabama Banner Users Group.
We appreciate all the great session content that is presented by members of fellow institutions! As a thank you for being a lead presenter in an ALBUG 2018 Conference session, we will extend a $175 discount in conference registration fees.
In addition, the $175 conference fee discount will be extended for up to two presenters for a day-long pre-conference workshop.

All rates are subject to lodging tax, city and state surcharges (currently 11%–subject to change). Rates reflect occupancy by up to 2 people. There is a $10.00 per person charge for each additional adult in room. Check-in begins at 4:00pm and check out is before 12:00pm. Cancellations must be made a full 5 days before scheduled arrival; otherwise, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Group room rates above are available three days before and three days after the conference, based upon space and rate availability at the time the reservation is confirmed. The special rates will be available until Sunday, October 14, 2018, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
